UBL Media Accreditation Form

Please ensure you read through the below Terms and Conditions before submitting your application:

The granting and retention of media accreditation is at the absolute discretion of UBL - Ultimate Basketball League and Venue Staff.

An application may be refused even where all the accreditation criteria are met.

Accreditation will not be granted to photographers/videographers who wish to use material for their own commercial purposes and accreditation can be withdrawn at at any time if found in breach.

Accreditation may be rescinded in the event of misconduct, misrepresentation or failure to adhere to child safety principles by a media pass holder or their organisation.

All persons must conduct themselves in a proper and reasonable manner in accordance with UBL by-laws, rules and policies, and submit themselves to any disciplinary procedures connected with the sport.

All persons must not bring the event and/or the game of basketball into disrepute; and conduct themselves in a way that will not cause offence to, or otherwise inhibit the enjoyment of, any other person, including other accredited personnel, media, rights holders, players, teams or patrons at the Venue.

All persons must not enter playing area and/or other designated team spaces unless specifically granted access by venue or UBL staff.

Media Accreditation is non-transferable.

Mobile phones and cameras must not be used in or near toilets or change rooms.

Photos of children are prohibited at all times.

Media are not to enter the court of play or change rooms.

Media Accreditation must be valid at all times.

This Accreditation is only valid for the approved seasons and leagues by which you are approved.

Please submit this form at the beginning of each season to ensure your approval is valid.

Successful applicants must comply with, and agrees to, these Terms, each Venue’s conditions of entry and any other entry conditions as prescribed from time to time by the Ultimate Basketball League.

All persons will comply with any reasonable direction of any official connected with the venue/event or UBL.
